Builder of a custom $750,000 Timber Frame Home in 1995. Dismantled an 1860 vintage Timber frame house in 2006. Home was built in the 1860 and remodeled in 1920's, Totally dismantled and diagrammed and tagged home for reconstruction. Made major structural repairs on numerous
commercial and residental buildings in order to bring buildings back to
original specifications or higher.
Have drawn numerous site and building plans
that were accepted by local building departments for new and remodel
construction.
Have built numerous specialty pieces in order
to fit unique customer needs. Some items have been gazebos, archways,
pagodas and other specific structures.
Have dismantled and erected numerous metal
fabricated buildings.
Have the facilities to prepare prints and
renderings for future projects.
Have performed major improvement projects for
