Consulting - many times our clients  just need to know if a project is 'doable'.  Our vast experience in the building trade has given us a great understanding of what is possible and practicable.  It's always better to check with an experienced builder first so you can get a rough idea of cost and probably some other ways of looking at the project.
Have tools for  building in the most remote sites.  Trailer, chainsaw, hi-capacity battery tools, 5000 watt generator, gasoline compressor and all air tools.  4-wheeler ATV for material handling and access to remote sites. (Please see our Consulting/Expert Witness section for more detail)

Built custom homes for Shumacher Homes, Pride One Homes, Sweetbriar Homes, Prestige Homes, Premier Homes, Dutch Heritage Homes, Bob Yoder Homes, High Point Homes, Papp Homes... and many others.

Builder of a custom $750,000 Timber Frame home in 1995.

Dismantled an 1860 vintage Timber frame house in 2006.  Home was built in the 1860 and remodeled in 1920's,  Totally dismantled and diagrammed and tagged home for reconstruction.
 
Made major structural repairs on numerous commercial and residental buildings in order to bring buildings back to original specifications or higher.
 
Restored original log cabin in Southern Ohio dating Circa 1792.
 
Built custom log cabins and other period building for the Cleveland Zoo.
 
Moved and restored number buildings dating from early 1800's to early 1900's.
 
Expanded business plan to include Timberframing, Post and Beam, Pole Buildings and Custom Handcrafted Signs.
 
Completed construction of a new wood and steel walk bridge that had been a total loss due to a flood in the Cleveland Metro Parks System.

Performed structural repairs on an historica barn in Stuebenville to rectify "repairs" made by prior contractor.
Consulted in an insurance settlement concerning a mojor agricultural total loss from fire.
 
Major contributer in antique window reclamation project for the Cleveland City Schools.. 
 
Have drawn numerous site and building plans that were accepted by local building departments for new and remodel construction.
 
Have built numerous specialty pieces in order to fit unique customer needs.  Some items have been gazebos, archways, pagodas and other specific structures.
 
Have dismantled and erected numerous metal fabricated buildings.
 
Have the facilities to prepare prints and renderings for future projects.
 
Have performed major improvement projects for the City of Cleveland.
